The idea is not necessarily to reduce my weight to 80kg BUT to get my BF% down from 14.4%, (i.e. 12.1kg body fat and 71.9kg muscle mass @ 84kg and as on 16 Jan '15) down to 9%. Which would translate to 7.2kg body fat and 72.8kg muscle mass @ 80kg. AND to get a proper distribution of said fat!
We will know on 13 Feb if I am going in the right direction - already lost 2cm around my waist (91cm down to 89cm) which is believed to be a 2% drop in BF???
