I am away from home for 2 weeks and this week I am in a conference with meals catered so I can’t 100% control what is served and I can’t weigh portions etc.
So rather than my usual - I am just sticking to the lowest carbs possible and a lot of protein. So far I’ve been averaging 15g carbs or less per day, and usually I am at 40g
