People say, "that's insane". I say, "this is just Monday!" Lol

Breakfast: apple pie jelly donut, chocolate + salted caramel, and a Bavarian cream cronut.

Still hitting PRs after 500 workouts in a couple years.

Commemorated the day's accomplishments with a large tandoori chicken pizza! I think I've got an addiction here...

Yum, chocolate... Your record is incredible. What are PRs?

Nikina - I remember last year, my pictures of food were always color coordinated and not drool-worthy. I needed to up my game, bru!

Some say "PRs" and some say "PBs". They're the same thing: " Performance Record" or "Personal Best". It means I either squeezed out one more rep on an exercise than I ever had, a higher weight than ever, or maybe added an extra set which took me beyond my max total volume.

Oh, and thanks! I used to do 5 days a week @ 60-90 minutes. These days, it's 3 days @ 90-120 minutes with no more than 90 seconds between sets and exercises with drop sets on almost all exercises. I like the new routine since I get a lot more recovery days!

Oh yeah thsy makes sense, thanks! That's some work out routine! I'm just starting out, so vacuuming my whole house & cleaning the bathrooms is my PB@! Lol 😆

How does posting pics of donuts and pizza help anyone out here? I just don't get it.
03 May 22 by member: 2handedjam
2handedjam... this is how posts like this help me. Chris burned 4K+ calories and ate 4.5K + aprox based on calories and macros. How does that help me ? Well my BMR has a burn of about 1500 calories and if I work out maybe I can eat a few more calories. So I couldn't eat half of his meals and be in a deficit. So posts like this really remind me donuts and pizza are a rare item in my food plan. I also look at my intact from a bottom up approach looking at micro nutrients, probiotics, fiber, healthy fats which are slim to none in pizza and donuts So when Chris or anyone else posts pics like this it is either negative or positive enforcement for other members on their personal journey. If you chase calories and macros eat pizza and donuts ! If you look at things at differently and can't eat the same amount with the same objective to make this our daily intake.... think first then eat.

Chris - you are doing a great job on meeting your goals !

Totally agree with what catchick said. We’ve all or if not most of us got here from these types of foods and everyone or atleast for me have completely cut off these types of foods. And when we lose fat and get into to we find out we can actually use these types of foods. It can be an addition if you have control and eat accordingly to how active you are. Make no mistake these are not for beginners dieters. As they are likely to convert back and binge on these addictive lot tasting foods. But when you have a clear goal, these foods in moderation and if used with a purpose will help you further towards it. Can it be reached without it? Yes but it wouldn’t be as fun 😂

Superman thank you for your comment. Some members get triggered by posts of pizza, burgers, cake, donuts and cookies to eat them. For me it is the opposite... they trigger me to not eat them !. I am private and that is an issue for many other members. I have lost 50 lbs and really at an ideal weight. 30 of that was before I joined FS... the last 20 was really from listening and hearing the issues others express on FS. I have checked out of the chase of the taste bud diet, eating every time I feel stressed and reading others struggles with that just helps me say "not me", instead of "me too". Have a great day.

I want to know why you put mustard on that donut in back. I'd also like to know more about this tandoori pizza. I don't understand how they got it in that tiny oven. 🤯

In my world eating that many donuts & a whole pizza would be insane! I don't begin to burn as many calories as Chris. But a couple of weeks ago I did eat one freshly made donut & a couple of slices of pizza later that day & I was fine 🙂

Wow wow wow 🤩

SherryeB - Over the past few years having cut way back on sweets things like donuts, cake and cookies really don't appeal to me even when I add it to my daily foods. They are no longer a trigger... but I do like pizza but really monitor how often, how much, and what toppings are on the pie. Pizza maybe something I eat every 3 or 4 weeks. Usually homeade I was also fine !

You still amaze me! Good going. 👍❤

CCC, Superman, Sherry, and Allegra - you've all got it! Treats in moderation are what make dieting not a miserable journey. Of course, the amount of yummy indulgences allowed scales up or down based on activity level. I just do a ton of housework, projects, and workouts on my days "off". The rest of the week is normal. This isn't a daily feast lol.

Kat - they actually ran out of dijon, so I had them squirt the bavarian custard on top of the thing instead of inside. And I wondered the same about the pizza... How to fold it and stuff it in that fire pit without all the toppings dumping off? It doesn't just taste magical, even the process of cooking it borders on sorcery!
