Please share how you make your lentil wrap

It’s CharmaineSchmidt’s recipe, from memory it’s 1 cup split red lentils with 2 cups water left to soak for 3 hours
I added some ground cumin and chilli flakes and then blended together, the mixture is then a bit like hummus consistency
Use a non stick pan and cook for couple minutes each side. You have to smear the mixture over the pan to smooth out and make it even.
It’s a bit like cooking pancakes, I didn’t use any oil in the pan, when the mixture cooks through it releases from the pan
You can work out the calories based on the number of wraps you get

Black bean and mushroom stew
Black beans soaked for 8 hours or overnight and cooked for 1 hour- about 600g
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 stalk celery
Drizzle olive oil
2 red peppers, chopped
250g pack of brown mushrooms
2 tins chopped plum tomatoes
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
Chilli flakes to taste
2 tsp chermoula paste (pesto princess) or harissa
Sauté the onions, garlic and celery in the oil till soft, keep lid on so they sweat!
Add the spices and stir for a minute or so, then add all the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, add some tomato paste if it’s too runny.
