#Vanderbergjeanine.Sorry to answer you so late. start with dry ingredients: 1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour or whole wheat flour. 1/2 tsp salt. 2 tsp baking powder. Cinamon 2 overripe bananas. 1/2 Coconut oil. 1/2. Cup milk. 1 egg depend of you. Mapple syrup or coconut sugar depend of you. 1 tsp vanilla essence. You add all nuts that you have. Me i like to add almonds and chia seeds. 50 - 60 minutes at 160
