If you are Banting/keto etc and looking to increase your fibre intake, I highly recommend Clicks Smartbite seed crackers.
Each one (and they are small) is 2.6g fibre.

With those plus salads and green veg, I am consistently hitting 15-25g fibre per day ☺️
