400g- 135g venison mince and 265g veggies (onion, carrots, tomatoes, baby marrows). I was going to add cauliflower noodles but I forgot and this was filling enough ☺️

Yes! I always have a bunch leftover to freeze or for next day meals. Enough to feed my family of 3 a few times. Yay for less cooking! 😂

Hi Leanne :)
I knew the mince was 500g and then after I made the entire thing with veggies etc I weighed the contents and it was now 1400g.
Then I weighed my portion which was 400g.
So my mince was (calculator here)-
400/1400 x 500 which gives me mince of 140g.
Therefore the veg is 260g or thereabouts.
Then I logged it equal portions of tomato/onion/carrots/marrow etc so
About 50-60g of each 😄

The app does also have ‘bolognese mince’ but For venison mince like it used I think the fat will be out as my mince was very lean :)
