I thought I was coming in under calories today and I even had the bowl out to weigh my frozen blueberries and cream then I went to add in my dinner, and unfortunately I was at my cals limit 🙄
FYI for those who use cream- the Woolies fresh pouring cream is only 13g of fat per 100ml- just over 1/3 of normal cream and you can’t taste the difference 😄 Ps that cream was for the blueberries I won’t be having 🤣
Also- I made the Sally Ann creed big Banting loaf Premix today and it’s amazing! I easily got 19 Slices and it’s risen so much- not dense or dry.
