So I have now been exercising for 8 months. This is a wonderful step for me as I have not been this consistent in my life.
I have found that carbs but especially sugar make my heart palpitations significantly worse so it’s not just a lifestyle choice for me but actually necessary for my health.
Slipping up- with milk in my tea again on and off.
