My week did not go as planned,😣 I came down with a severe stomach bug, I thought I was going to die! I have eaten almost nothing for 3 days, have had no strength to exercise whatsoever, feeling very sickly and skinny. I'm afraid to even weigh myself. Only started feeling abit better today so hopefully by the weekend I can start getting back to normal and catch up on some exercise. This bug tried to take me out but I'm almost back baby💪
