I have made my journal private for now because all the strong opinions were making me uncomfortable. Yet I craved the space to talk about my weight loss journal. I’ll change it back again some day.
I have been blessed with a second hand Fitbit. It is older and the screen is cracked but it’s lovely and so helpful in my journey to keen tracking my Activity and steps every day. I have now been consistently exercising for 7 months 😄
