Keto friendly, it's really nice Fry 1 onion in some olive oil Add 100ml of water Then add one tablespoon on the following spices: Roasted masala Tumeric Ground cardomon 1tsp ground cinnamon and 1 tsp paprika 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic Cook ingredients for 5minutes Add the 800grams of mix seafood pack Cook for another 2-3 minutes Now add fresh coriander. Add salt and pepper to your taste

Forgot to add the 250ml of fresh cream - add it right after you added the seafood mix. You get 4 servings from the dish and it equals to 13.3grams of carbs per serving...
