No weigh ins this week because I am away from home. Sticking to my eating plan still even though I’ve been making the family croissants and rolls and other delicious holiday foods!
It helps to check in with my keto-sticks each morning and see the purple, and know that a few small bites of treats here and there will take that away!

Have been extremely active but still not optimistic about weight loss this week on account of my body absolutely thrives on routine and things are just a bit different here. Hoping to maintain :)
