My first keto dinner, and still have 400 calories to spare for the day from my 2300 calorie target (might have one slice of banting revolutoin nut loaf later with butter)

Thanks, it was Delicious, and I didn't expect to feel so satisfied.. I normally ate double the amount of food.

I had the same experience when I first started Keto. The fat content really keeps you feeling full. Also that Banting Revolution Nut Loaf is the bomb

where do you buy the bread? My daughter makes her own keto bread but it's very expensive

I make the Low Carb is lekker budget loaf and it’s R36 to make and I get 13 big slices! Base is ground up pumpkin seeds and flax

The bread is +- R65 for a 500g (15 small slices) But it tastes really good... Would love to get the recipe for your R36 bread Jespe
