I had the same experience when I first started Keto. The fat content really keeps you feeling full. Also that Banting Revolution Nut Loaf is the bomb

I make the Low Carb is lekker budget loaf and it’s R36 to make and I get 13 big slices! Base is ground up pumpkin seeds and flax

The bread is +- R65 for a 500g (15 small slices)
But it tastes really good...
