there is nothing wrong with the occasional higher calorie day. it's good to keep your body guessing and can also help to bump a plateau. also. if your body is hungry, then feed her.... dinner looks super tasty! love a butter chicken!

Well said and agree! Definitely think the kind thing to do is to listen to my body. I am sorry now that I didn't put more butter chicken aside now. It was awesome

The spice mix is "Butter chicken" by Cape Herb and Spice. I add fresh tomato, onion, chilli, chicken and cream. Its divine
