I actually decided to eat slightly more today. I’m often finishing in the 1000-1200 range but I think it might be stressing my body out. But 1594 is apparently my BMR based on a specialised testing of BMR based on weight and body temperature etc etc on my thyroid app
So maybe I must eat 1350 to lose weight 🤪
