nothing like half an hour of traction, 15 minutes on the elctric pulse machine and a good meal to improve the mood. time for a nap, watet to hydrate and hopefully a much more mobile me tomorrow x

Hi no. I don't but you'll find a lot of other people on the app that do. I however don't eat breads, pasta, white potatoes or white rice... Some days my food is very aligned to keto but other days definitely not. I like starchy Vegetables too much 😂
