No Fast Friday. not a cheat day, just a body break because Saturdays ans Sundays my fasts are extra physical due to dog training. My husband is cute and makes me breakfast on these days off. Today was oats, honey, cinnamon and banana.

Absolutely! Makes such a difference. I've had the opposite, and it can be incredibly hurtful. He's a good one!!!
