Since upping my 1-1 sparring sessions I'm CRAVING protein. yesterday i ate chicken and eggs for lunch lol. today is a big ass bowl of scrambled egg with cheese, chilli, tomatoe, onion and a bit of herby mayo. Might wash it down with a protein shake lol

I’ve been craving more protein the whole week... I even had chicken breast for breakfast 😂... Something I never do. Training hard does that I think... Let’s keep at it💪🏽.
