Chicken curry with white basmati rice (sent husband out for brown, but returned with white rice, gah! Still love him though) Didn’t have coriander so relying on good old trusted baby spinach for some crunch and green on the plate

Yes! Loved it, although I make the worst rice. Next time I’ll have it with a wrap or a roti tbh.
