Recently saw Banting bread at Spar, haven’t bought it, so I’m not sure how good it is. Haven’t had Banting bread before 😅 thinking of getting a loaf tomorrow.

Banting bread has been a game changer for me. My fave way to eat it is toasted..this is Banting Revolution Nut Loaf and I got it from Checkers. It's seriously good.
