My husband and I walking in the best place to do a 1 hour post work walk - De Hel in Constantia, Cape Town - it’s a bit of a drive from where we live, but a nice place to decompress after a long day in a virtual office ❤️

@Thilesha He’s also on the journey - he’s lost 10kgs himself! I’m so proud of him! And yes, it totally helps having someone to do it with! We invite one or two friends to walk with us, so it’s a socially distanced opportunity to see others and reconnect

Also thank you! I’m starting to slowly feel the difference with clothing and am more open to wearing sleevless tops and tighter fitting tops even for workouts - that was a thing for me before I started this
