your protein is so good. what do you eat or do you include protein powder?

No protein powder... Today it looks good but usually it's about 78-85g. I eats eggs every day, usually added to some kind of cheese (Chevin or white cheddar or feta) and another protein like tuna or trout for lunch. Supper is another protein but a smaller amount and this generally gets me to where I need to be. And then as much low carb Veg as I can fit in. Fats- I love Kerry Gold butter so usually just add that to everything and it keeps me full.

try maybe to bring the fat content lower. I usually also run into this predicament but I have a protein shake to bring my figures to look abit better.

My macros are 125g fat, 20g net carbs and 78g protein 😍 What are yours?

I find the fat keeps me full, is this your experience too?

I suggest you cut completely on carb... focus on fat and protein... the your carb will come there

Thank you for the suggestion, I am ok with under 20g of net carbs per day. It's made up from low carb Veg usually and most days I am between 14g and 17g net carbs. I have an autoimmune illness so definitely need some of the nutrients from low carb and green Veg. Do you do zero Veg and only fat and protein?
