It's Lancewood full fat chunky cottage cheese. It's low in carbs and has nice fat and protein. I often use Goats cheese too.

I am happy that with keto I don't have to give up cheese. Sweets is fine but not cheese haha! Now I just eat it in precise moderation

Keto is literally the best lifestyle change I've ever made. In the beginning it's hard to cut sweets, but within a week at most those cravings are gone. I feel like I eat more, I'm fuller, I don't have a carb crash ending in ravenous hunger and bringing, it's just made all the difference for me. I feel like I could eat like this forever - and if you creative enough you can get low carb pizza bases and make pizza, or low carb buns and make hamburgers, or keto desserts... The possibilities are so endless

I loved reading your post :-) yessssss!!! I didn't even realize it til reading what you said that I haven't had any crashes and cravings or binges either. I have felt full and sustained. I did have some headaches and dizziness in the beginning but it seems to have settled now! Amazing!!! Been making pizza for my family using wraps, I saw that on FS, they are awesome as bases. As soon as I find low carb wraps to do the same for me I'm for sure trying it out! I love seeing what and how other people eat on this app!
