I am sorry Taryn, I do not mean to hijack your post.
Real question, what is the limit on using eggs in a keto or LCHF diet. With cholesterol and other considerations?
I haven’t had an answer to this question and hope someone can see and speak to this.
I trust the internet but I trust this community more!
Well done on the great progress btw 🔥

Hellllooooo! It's no issue at all, I love being able to have these conversations. To be honest I have no idea re eggs and overall consequences of them.. But I do eat a lot of them on Keto, at least 1 a day and sometimes more. They are low in net carbs and high in protein and fat which helps me make up my macro split. I hadn't thought about them in the cholesterol context to be honest (and perhaps I should). It would be great to hear other feedback from the community on here too for more insight?

Thanks, I also have used eggs as a big part of my AF/Keto lifestyle this year and hope that someone from the community could speak to this or provide clarity.

Eggs are nature's vitamin pills, so have them, they don't cause negative effects on Cholesterol. I eat at least 4 a day, some days more and my Cholesterol is 100% normal.
Check out Dr Berg on Youtube, he recommends 4-6 eggs a day if my memory serves. also, don't remove the yolks, the yolk is where the good nutrients are.
