I just have to say the yogurt dressing (smoked paprika, sumac chives and a clove of garlic) is amazing. No need for Mayo or calorific sauces!

That sauce sounds amazing! Do you just sprinkle paprika, garlic and chives into plain yoghurt?

Yes just those things and it really is tasty. I'm forcing myself to get creative!
