The app shows my RDA at 1800cal but I struggle to eat that much. Is it ok if I adjust it to 1600? Even then I struggle to eat the suggested amount with a keto based plan.

Hi. I think that is absolutely fine. I wouldn’t suggest that you go below 1200 calories though. The app suggested that I eat 1900 calories to lose weight, but that is impossible for me. I try to eat between 1200 and 1400 a day.

Mine says 1500....but i usually eat less than 1000. I only eat once a day and its usually a healthy meal. Today i ate 3 times and came just over 1000. 🤦♀️🤷♀️. And well, im still alive. But i felt lazy the whole day coz i ate. My body isnt used to eating so much..... Anyway, i do struggle to lose weight and i think its maybe because my body is holding onto what it gets 🤷♀️
