everyone is losing weight and i have a weigh in tomorrow morning and i feel so fat already even though i kept my cals under 500

When you eat too little then your body holds on to fat try upping your calories to like 1300 its healthier

500 calories is very very low dear ❤️ try to eat more otherwise you put your body in to starvation mode ☘️

Dont meant to be rude, but 500 calories is waaaaay too little. Its not about starving yourself. You can lose weight by having 1500 calories a day if you fill your day with the correct food

We are all different but 500cal per day is little. I started a week ago at 141.9kg yes!!!! today I am 136.3. i have been averaging 1500 cal per day. sometimes a bit less. i know the first week is mainly water but who cares.. it is 5.6 kg less than when I started. 10% of my initial goal weight of 95kg...

500cal a day is extremely dangerous. Your body will not shed any weight this way. Your body burns an X amount of calories just by sitting down, breathing, staying alive... It could be anywhere between 1500 to 2500 calories a day. You cannot "feed" your body only 500cal a day. Your body will store everything you consume, even if it's healthy. You need to see a nutitionist that can help you understand. Calories are not the enemy ! Your body NEEDS it to live.

Truly you don’t need to eat this little to lose weight. Woman on this app are eating 1200 and we sometimes go over this amount 1300 and we still lose weight. The combination of eating and exercise helps. Our breakfast meals are 500cal.

Sorry, I want to be supportive which is why I’m going to say as others have said, 500 calories a day is neither safe nor effective for the goal you wish to achieve. It is actually counter productive and will cause you to gain weight, mess up your metabolism and put you at a serious nutritional deficit.... it’s not a race it’s a lifestyle change which is why you need to have a more sustainable approach.

That may be the reason why your body is refusing to shed weight and therefore its holding on to the little that its getting. Its like you put in in starvation mode. I promise you 1200 calorie diet and 30 mins exercise daily will shock you. Just limit the carbs and eat healthier carbs ie. whole grain/wheat
