I'm doing a weekly average because my weight fluctuates.

All body's are not the same. I must eat 2000plus calories a day but I only do 1400c and still not loose weight now i am doing 1000 - 1100 cals.. Always have a problem. I have RA and I am sure that this is a big problem towards my weight problem

Yes I think a big factor in my struggles lose weight is my thyroid disease!
