Today I decided that I’m going to record my food intake again but I’m watching my Macros more than my calorie intake even though they are virtually both important factors. I decided that this week I’m going to read through what I booked marked in my exercise book and make sure that I can picture the first workout so I don’t feel stupid at gym. This will be a long process, maybe not for weight improvement but for body image improvement I expect this year will be challenging but I’m ready and all I need to do it to worry about my own progress and not other’s opinions. Let’s go me x
