Been a crazy year!!! I just checked my journal and saw that my last post was in January - good grief - No wonder I felt so (Bleep) the past year - I missed my Fatsecret Buddies Well I am back on track again - calorie counting started Monday and H.I.I.T classes also started this week. Wish me luck :)
