I've been debating sharing this for a few days but, i just reached such a huge NSV that i am going to share it. my whole life i have been afraid to show myself in a costume & this week i bought a bikini! this is a huge step for me. cant wait for summer!!

@LowCarbFemmeFit. Yes. It's so rad. As far as I understand, I believe that since I started two years ago, I have lost over a metre in cm's 😂😂😂 which on its own is a crazy thought.
