I know I said I wasnt gonna weigh myself until the end but I already feel a difference! jumped on the scale this morning and hooray!!! lol only downwards from here. okay for real this time, no more jumping on the scale.
86 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
