Weekends are by far the hardest for me😩. As soon as Friday comes cravings kick in with a bang 💥I literally feel like a druggie who needs a sugar fix 🥴🙉

None of you are alone! As soon as friday comes, until around lunchtime for some reason i convince myself that i have done enough the week and don’t need to keep up my healthy run anymore! Then eat away on everything that i crave! Anyways, will try to clock a 21km run tomorrow morning hopefully burn all the calories consumed on this cheat (fri)day

I learned to do OMAD or IF 23:1 over the weekend. Keep me extremely busy and exhausted over the weekend. And then make that 1 really good mean with snacks!
