I never do smoothies... but Cool Bananas had a bigger range of frozen fruit this week, so decided to give it a whirl... more flavours to follow. Today is a banana with honey and coconut yogurt.

Sure... 120g frozen banana, 50g Lancewood Double Cream Coconut Yogurt, milk until it's the thickness you want and a splash of honey. Super simple. Was delicious. And really filling.

Damn that sounds good. Is there a trick to freezing bananas? My daughter did this once and it went a bit brownish.

I bought the bananas already frozen.. but I've done it before myself. Best to use ripe banana and slice it before freezing.
