How do you make the cauliflower and spinach mash? caloriers?

I first boiled the cauliflower, once cooked I mashed it in a food processor with a little butter and seasoning. On the side I fried onion and put salt and pepper for the spinach. Then I added spinach to the onions. Once my spinach was cooked I added the mashed cauliflower and grated mozzarella cheese. I also added sweet chilli sauce for added flavor.
