@dilshaad. Cook lentils as per instruction on bag, fry off onion and garlic plus a mix and match whatever spices you have in the cupboard with tomato paste and onion... add lentils and sweet potato with some water and let it do its thing on lowest heat for about an hour. (Less of a recipe and more of a guideline 😉)
