If you are in Cape Town and have kids or are the best aunty/uncle ever, Then I can highly recommend this! My trainer has started boxing for kids age 7-17 in support against bullying and drugs. The kids are absolutely LOVING it!!!

I did boxing for years, basically lived in the gym (wouldn't say it if you saw me now - yay for injuries and meds) so my kid grew up around the fighters and they all pitched in and taught him. He was always told though "you never start fights, you only finish them" and it really helped him last year when a kid tried to physically bully him. I think when we move I'm going to hang up my bag and we can have at it again.
