So far my new plan is working well. Hubby and I are only eating salads & proteins at night, & we have also shifted our crossfit classes to afternoon times. Down by 1.2 kg already in one week. On weekends we are a bit more relaxed with our diets, but not crazy. I will only be weighing in again at the end of March.

Hi Karien900. My plan isn't anything special. We eat chicken breast, chicken pieces, fish fingers, minute steaks, pork chops, bacon, mince & boerewors. Then every night I make salad, just normal green & then depending on the meat & what we feel like, I add feta, mozarella & cheddar cheese in, or olives, or fresh chillies, & some green pepper & I also carrots, & some gherkins. We use olive oil & white wine vinegar for the dressing.
