does anyone have an idea of how many calories to a regular, corner shop, mince samoosa. the app says about 300cal... but can it really be? any thoughts on this delicious triangular delight please 🔺🔻

It's deep fried. That's the bugger. And how does only have 1..grrr. I just don't have them anymore lol.

Thanks LCFF . I will have to weigh one, one day ... I don't have them nearly often enough to worry too much. But it is interesting to be aware.
