days like today i am grateful that i meal prep and it is just there... ready to be warmed up.

Hi Clare. It's pulled pork actually. I slow cook pork shoulder or whatever with a Savannah , soy sauce, diced apples, ginger and garlic for about 6-8 hours on low.vi drain the juice and put it aside after separating the juice and meat from the bits. Shred the pork and mix the juice back in to the meat. The veggies are steamed. Yummy and easy and pork is really cheap so it's budget friendly too.
