Never had such a flat bum or tumm before. Turns out i wasnt the only one who noticed it this morning.. a few colleagues stopped me today asking what happened. its taken a year, but the work is definitely visible now!

thank you. it was a totally unexpected that change... Cellulite and lumps are definitely smoother. I don't know if it is this, but my guess it is a combination of fasting and minimal bread-type products. Fasting does so much more than just aid weight loss. A lot of people at work have also said that my skin is looking great lately.. so I think its a result of that, oh... And a lot of water, no alcohol and lots of veggies of course.

Agreed, and don’t forget all the exercise you have been doing. Definitely helped tone your body. Big difference 👏🏼
