keep busy, that's the only way for me. luckily I look after my 10month old all day and have a full time job so getting a chance to eat is rare but in the evenings when i crave I just get busy with something or I go to bed extra early 😂

I am at work all day and the hands are busy and im basically glued to my desk but sadly the mind isn't busy as what I do doesnt need much brain power most days and its a problem i dont know how to distract myself

Coffee!! Or drink a glass of water very quickly, it helps me to feel full. Sometimes thats all your body needs

It’s seems like you’re bored at work...think about what else needs to get done and do those things instead of eating when you don’t need to. Perhaps start a little side hustle or help around the office.

I have a desk job so I understand what you're experiencing. for me... it's a bit of procrastination as well... I don't want to sit at my desk or do a particular task so I would say I needed coffee or food then walk to get a snack or a latte. now instead. I leave my wallet and phone (so I can buy anything). and I take a short walk. (if you're in a position to do so) I'll either walk up and down a few flights of stairs or walk around the block with my water bottle. I'm not away from my desk for more than maybe 5-10 minutes, I clear my head and I'm more focused on my work afterwards.
