So guys and girls...

I have been doing OMAD Keto for almost two weeks now. Before that I did 18:6. I have constantly lost weight if I eat right and stick to the schedule.

Earlier this week I decided that I want to take it a step up.. so I started doing exercise. I do HIIT workouts for about an hour, and started two days ago. But the naughty scale shows I am up like 100grams.

Can someone please explain this to me??

Muscle weighs more than fat. When u excercise u build muscle.

If you over do it. And you don’t give your muscles a rest. You might experience some inflammation and have water in the joints. Have a rest day in between until you have gotten use to your exercise routine. You will see you won’t gain weight. I’ve been doing training and gaining muscle and losing fat. Make sure your body recovers well before training again. Rest is just as important as the exercise itself.

also... weight loss isn't a straight line. our bodies fluctuate in weight for so many reasons.. I use my apps graph as a guide. many many many fluctuations - hormones, too much exercise, bread, periods, drinking, too little water, too much water... but... over time, the general slope of the graph declines. that there is fat loss. that's what you should be looking for. weight changes daily, and it won't always be low even if you're doing all the right things...
