Stay away from white carbs, that’s bread, pasta(the rainbow ones as well), rice, potatoes. Junk food and alcoholic beverages(stay away completely, messes up your week). All these for at least 4 times out of your week. You should drop again. And eat 500cals less your maintenance calories. So if your maintenance calories are 1900, eat 1500 calories. Something I would do. Maybe someone out there has better advice 😊

Thanks for the advice I already am eating 1000-1300 calories but I love carbs so thanks will cut them.
