I'm with jaimejay, here. Higi Station says 25%, but I definitely don't have any of the belly flab of even the 20%

Know what sucks?- these pics are what I would look like if I wasn't at 45% at some point and now down around 30- I wish I looked like anything like 30%. The 40% looks better than me. :( I'd be happy with anything in the 1st 2 rows. Instead I'm like a loose skin frenzy. Ugh. So sad to put in all this work for unattainable results for having abused my body with food for so long.

Bella- I only mind pics when its the same crap on repeat- same people- same stuff- same "look at me" BS. This is just upsetting because its like they found the best scenario for this amount of fat- even the 40% looks decent... I mean figure-wise. It's just a reminder of how screwed up I am. And now I have to have a massage and have a stranger rub my loose skin. :( Oh well. I'm sure she has seen worse. That's what I tell myself when I have to see anyone with less than full coverage clothing. 😂

DP, I just had another 2 hour massage the other day. Enjoy! *Side note- I made an appointment for Joe, but he told me this morning he really doesn't want (or need) to go and he would rather use the $ for beer! What an encouraging spouse! 😂🤷‍♀️ I tried.

The thing to try to keep upper most in your mind is that you can’t change the past. It is what it is. Change your mind set with a goal of not returning to the past, be the best you can be today. The biggest change for most of us is having the best shot of a longer, healthier life. No one gets into their older years looking like Jane Fonda or many of the celebrities you see on TV. God forbid anyone would ever want to look like a Kardashian. As a nurse, I have had an occasion to see some of these people in the buff and believe me it is mostly smoke, mirrors and surgery. Be grateful for all of your successes. For many here, a reevaluation of priorities, realistic expectations is often needed. Now, the place where you all can make a big difference is in helping your kids and other loved ones so they don’t end up on the same destructive path you followed.

Princess - they have seen worse because *I* get massages too, so there. I've had a masseuse tell me she was being candid when she said they don't really think about the weight or skin - they are concentrating on the muscles / issues / problems they feel when they are running their hands over the body. I believe her too because she could it 'just that spot' that was a problem without me telling her.

Well hmmm. Looks like I’m 15-17 on my hips and arms but 20-22 on my thighs and waist. Scale says 23 and scan showed 25.8. I like your pictures better ;).

unless they're thinking about hitting on you or you haven't bathed in the last week, most real pros aren't looking at your body that way. it's a job.

I wouldn’t use a chart to measure BF. Best to get a scan if you care about the numbers being somewhat accurate. My BMI has been at 30, but my BF is 20%

you can't really compare yourself directly with these pictures because a lot of people hold fat and much different areas. you can be the same body fat as someone else or lower and have a little bit more belly flab or your legs may not be as lean or you may have more back fat etc
