Oki so i cheated... i said it... i cheated. my Grandmother made Sunday lunch and i pigged out... weighed in at 121.1kg this morning but i dought i ate 4kg in one sitting.

the question i have is - why am i not shitting anymore. i use to be regular - 2 times a day - now its like once every 4 days... do i need a laxative?

anyway - gonna do a medium fasting today and be back at the usual routine tomorrow.

happy sheddings to everyone.

best post ever. we need to talk more about this. water, fibre, Himalayan salt. . all works. my favourite though, is psyllium husk. do some research first to decide if you want to use it. it has a weird texture and drinking it is a strange experience, but it really cleanses those colons.

Try taking some Duphalac Dry in the mornings, very natural and it helps. You get that from Dischem

Are you drinking enough water. Believe it or not for every gram of carbs u eat, you need 2.5 grams of water. If you don't you end up with constapation and weight GAIN....... I only take something to loosen me up after 5 days of "no-go". I need to drink 2.2-2 5 L a day.

You could also try drinking a daily probiotic. It works like a charm...

I'm glad i made a few peoples mornings better... I think the water thing might be the main reason here as i must admit i have been skimpy on the water intake. i have found a solution to the problem.. my 8 glasses a day water duck(photo to follow). will also pay more attention to my fiber intake.

Sena tea at pick ń pay! Works like a charm I drink 1cup with 2 tea bags, every sunday to detox before the new week. Its all natural, cheap and really works, just be sure to be close to a toilet. Works in about 7 hours, so I usually drink it just before I go to bed. Hope this helps.

Yvette Bam 1, Which product of probiotic do you use, as I find that don't help me.

@Gyming, it is actually my toddler who uses it. I have her on Entiro Daily and since then she has had no more plumbing problems...
