Got my routine back!! Workouts are back to normal (even though it's such a pain to workout in this cold), and my meals are back to normal. I'm starting to feel the difficulty of being the only non-meat-eater in a family of people who eat meat.

Since I do most of the cooking, I have to plan and prepare 2 sets of meals, which is particularly difficult with my shift rotations. But I'm getting the hang of it. I'm working my way to being a vegetarian, and then I'm hoping to ditch the cheese an eggs eventually. I do miss yoghurt, though, since there really aren't any good/minimally processed non-dairy alternatives. I'm researching homemade options, though I haven't started experimenting yet.

@Stiveson, it really is difficult driving myself to workout when I'd much rather be curled up warm under all the blankets. But we do what we must. @tazz dev, Thanks! Plant based has been pretty awesome, and has done great things for my skin & overall health. Keen to go fully, but taking baby steps.
