started my diet today!!!

1084 kcal Fat: 41.24g | Prot: 60.69g | Carbs: 113.56g.   Breakfast: Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk, Sugar, Nestle Ricoffy. Lunch: Grated Cheddar Cheese, Pineapple (Drained, Juice Pack, Canned), Lettuce, Chicken Breast, Lancewood Full Cream Chunky Cottage Cheese, SPAR White Wrap. Dinner: KOO Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Sasko Low GI Dumpy Seeded Brown Bread, Pork Chops (Loin Blade, Bone-In, Cooked, Grilled). Snacks/Other: Green Tea, Jacobs Cappuccino Reduced Sugar, Parmalat Fabulite Fat Free Black Cherry Yoghurt, Tangerine, Green Tea. more...

So I'm not sure if my body is just making adjustments because I have just started my diet changes but my weight is fluctuating. I am keeping to 1200 calories with I.F. last calories by 8 PM. First calories at noon. Today I have added 20 min walk in the morning to try burn up some energy from those fat reserves. Hoping this helps. Whatever the scale reads, I plan on consistency until it pays off.
