Looks good :) Are the meat substitutes any good? HONESTLY? :) I am vegetarian and haven't come across ANY substitutes that I find worth eating. So if you can make a recommendation I would appreciate it.

Hi i hv frys and Quorn but prefer frys because some contain egg and doesn't work for me on religious days

Thank you for the tip. Will make a trip to the shop tomorrow and check out frys. I don't like Quorn. (I also try to limit the amount of soya because packaging doesn't always say if it is GMO and soya can mess with your oestrogen levels if eaten in excess.)

I've been a vegetarian for 23 years and all these meat substitutes are horrible and contain a lot of nasties too. If you have a Chinese supermarket near, try their soya/ tofu meat replacements. Delicious!

Thats true .... and soya is thw only thing low carb many veggies are high carb and im trying to keep them low

I like quite a few of the Fry's products as well, but all in moderation. Vegetarian since September.
